We process your first name, surname, email address, preferred language, the list of properties you mark as favourites and an encrypted password (we never store it in readable text).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to manage your account and your favourites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> your consent and the provision of the service you request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retention:<\/strong> until you delete the account. You can delete it at any time from \u201cMy account\u201d \u2192 \u201cDelete my account\u201d; the data is erased immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Favourites and comparison tool without an account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not log in, the properties you mark as favourites or add to the comparison tool are stored only in your browser (the tab&#8217;s local storage). They are not sent to our servers or used for any other purpose. This is technical storage that is strictly necessary to provide a feature you have expressly requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Property contact form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you write to us from a property&#8217;s details page, we process your first name, surname, email address, telephone number (optional), message, the property reference and, where applicable, your favourites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to respond to your request (information, viewing, video call or offer).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recipients:<\/strong> our team and, where appropriate, our real estate management software ReSales Online, which acts as data processor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retention:<\/strong> for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Property data and images<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Property data and images come from ReSales Online and are displayed from its servers. When the images load, your browser connects to those servers, which receive your IP address for technical reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On each property&#8217;s details page we show an OpenStreetMap map with the approximate location. The map only loads when it appears on screen or when you click \u201cMap\u201d. When it loads, your browser connects to the servers of OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom) and cdnjs (Cloudflare), which receive your IP address. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (CHAT)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On our website you can voluntarily use a virtual chat assistant that helps you search for properties, shows you information about them and, if you wish, puts you in touch with one of our advisers. The answers are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and may therefore contain inaccuracies; the binding information is always that provided by our team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not enter special categories of data, bank details or official identification data in the chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data processed:<\/strong> the messages you write in the conversation and the search criteria you specify. Only if you expressly ask to be contacted by an adviser do we also process your name, email address, telephone number (optional), language and the reference of the property you are interested in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> to answer your questions about properties and services and, where applicable, to pass your contact request on to our team so that they can assist you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> your consent, which you give by voluntarily starting the conversation and, for the contact request, by expressly confirming it in the chat itself; and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recipients:<\/strong> the chat service is provided by Voiceflow Inc. (Canada), which acts as data processor and uses infrastructure and artificial intelligence model providers that may be located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. These international transfers are based on the European Commission&#8217;s adequacy decisions (Canada; EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable) or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
