Our story
RIVA CELESTE was born from an experience we know well: arriving in a new country, with another language and other procedures, and having to decide on the most important investment of a lifetime. That is why we work the way we would have liked others to work with us.
We are a property agency on the Costa del Sol, part of Casco Royal Group S.L. We assist you in English, Spanish and Hungarian and coordinate every stage: the property, financing, lawyers, notary, NIE, bank account and utilities.
And once the keys are handed over, we stay by your side: property management, rentals, later formalities or any question that may arise.

We process your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Spanish LOPDGDD: only what is necessary, for a clear purpose and never disclosed without a legal basis.
As an obliged entity under Spanish Law 10/2010, we identify every client and the beneficial owner, verify the origin of the funds and keep the required documentation.
We operate in accordance with Andalusian regulations for property agents, with written mandates and clear fees from day one.
Before you buy or rent, we provide the information required in Andalusia: total price, costs and taxes, and the features and legal status of the property.
We review the land registry extract, charges, planning status and licences, energy certificate, community and IBI debts and, where applicable, the holiday rental licence.
We guide you on ITP or VAT, plusvalía, IBI and non-resident obligations (NIE, 3% withholding), in coordination with tax advisers and the notary.
